Delivery Information

The delivery time for orders before 9.00 clock from goods of stock is 2-3 business days (Sunday and holidays excluded).

Delivery time

1.Delivery times are, unless expressly guaranteed, not binding. Miko Kaffee GmbH is entitled to partial deliveries and partial services.
2. If Miko Kaffee GmbH does not comply with an agreed delivery date, the customer has to do so in writing, specifying a period of at least two weeks for delivery
prompt. If no delivery is made by the deadline, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract by written declaration. Is only part of
Delivery, the right of withdrawal shall be limited to this part, unless the delivery already made and the delivery not made constitute an economic
Unit. In this case, withdrawal is only possible if the non-delivered goods are an essential part.
3. Exceptions to this are delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure or events for which Miko Kaffee GmbH is not responsible, in particular
when they join third parties. Miko Kaffee GmbH may in this case effect the delivery within a reasonable grace period or from the obligation to
Free delivery.
4. Miko Kaffee GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence. The customer has to point out the impending damages in time in writing. The liability is
limited to 10% of the net order value, unless the customer proves a higher loss.

Transfer of risk, shipping and packaging
1. Delivery is at the expense and risk of the customer. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transporting company
